Information Operations Course (TIOC)Course ID: 150-9E-SI/ASIP4/950-ASIP4 Length: 11 days Locations: Course Descriptions: The Tactical IO Course is an 11-day resident course offered by the 3-124th IO Training Battalion which prepares Service members to conduct Tactical Information Operations Planning using the Army’s Military Decision-Making Process. This course qualifies graduates to earn the Information Operations Additional Skill Identifier/Skill Identifier. While all IO elements and activities are addressed, the IO planning focuses on synchronizing and coordinating Operational Security, Psychological Operations, Military Deception, Electronic Warfare, Physical Destruction, Public Affairs, and Civil Military Operations. Tactical IO Course graduates and their commanders report that the skills learned in the course were critical to their success in the full spectrum of military missions. Prerequisites: Must complete Information Operations 101 prior to attending. |
