The EEO/EO Diversity Program Leaders for the Vermont National Guard are reaching for excellence. The Staff Officers and volunteers who work for this function continue to excel and strengthen practices contributing to strong and healthy working conditions. The General Officer Commitment statement reflects the leader support for an active Diversity Program. This year we "Celebrate Diversity" and continue to build our cultural adaptability skills with exhibits, diversity bulletin boards and interactive events.
